Mufti Ubaid ur Rahman Zubairi

Mufti Ubaid ur Rahman Zubairi is recognized Shariah Advisor registered by S.E.C.P. He completed his graduation as a Sharia Scholar (Shahadat-ul-Almiyah) from the world renowned Islamic University “Jamia Darululoom Karachi” under the great supervision of Sheikh Mufti Rafi Usmani and Sheikh Mufti Taqi Usmani. He holds specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence and Fatwa from Jamia Ashraful Madaris Karachi.

He has written and issued several hundred expert legal opinions (Fatawa) on general Islamic Science.Zuabiri has an experience of being a faculty & Darul-Ifta member of same Jamia since 2015. He is serving as a Shariah Advisorat Premier Insurance Limited for its Window Takaful Operations.

Sheikh Mufti Ehsanullah Sadeqi

Executive Director- Afghanistan

Sheikh Ehsanullah Sadeqi has completed his Darse Nizami (Masters in Quran and Sunnah) and Takhassus fil Ifta (Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence) from Jamiah Darul Uloom Karachi, and Bachelors in Arts from University of Karachi, Pakistan. Currently he is working with Alhamd Shariah Advisory Services Pvt. Limited, while he is writing his thesis of Master degree in International Islamic University Islamabad in the faculty of Shariah and Law, department of Islamic Commercial Law.

He rendered his services in different departments of Jamia Darul Uloom Saripol, Afghanistan, namely in teaching of Islamic Studies, Accounts, and Administration.

Mufti Muhammad Aamir

(Director)

Mufti Muhammad Aamir is graduate from Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi. He has also MBA (islamic business & finance) from Riphah International University Islamabad. He has also completed islamic banking certificate course from NIBAF Islamabad. Aamir has an experience of teaching islamic business & finance in Rawalpindi. He is also looking Shariah Compliance in Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited. Aamir conducted various training regarding Islamic business i.efinance, marketing,HR, CSR & calculation of zakaat.

He has good knowledge and experience regarding development of shariah compliant Zakaat fund management system for corporate and welfare communities.

Dr.Mufti Asif Naveed

(Executive Director-Germany)

Mufti Muhammad Adnan is a recognized Shariah Scholar in the field of Islamic Finance and Takaful. He has completed his Darse Nizami (Masters in Quran and Sunnah) and “Takhassus Fil Ifta” (Specialisation in Islamic Jurisprudence and Ifta) from Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi.

Mufti Asif Naveed is a former Teacher & Member of Darul – Ifta Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi. He completed his Dars-e-Nizami (Masters in Quran and Sunnah) and Takhassus-fil-Ifta (Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence) from Jamia Darul-Uloom, Karachi. In addition, he completed his Ph.D. in Islamic Studies and Finance from the University of Karachi. From 2006 until 2015, he provided his services as an employee for DarulIftaa at Darul-Uloom, Karachi and compiled approximately2,000 Fatwas on different topics. He also categorized and validated thousands of Fatwas, which are published in the books namely: Ashraful Ahkam and Fatwa Mufti A’azam.Moreover, he worked as an advisor of Islamic law from 2014 to 2015 for the shipping company OSL. From 2015 onwards, he is employed as a Mufti and Teacher in the Islamic center in the city of Mannheim, Germany. He also writes for different magazines in Urdu and Arabic. As of now, four of his articles have been published on the topics of the Science of Islamic Jurisprudence and the Life of Holy Prophet (SAW).

Muhammad Osama

Osama is an ACCA member and having completed a BSC degree in Accounting & Research from Oxford brooks - United Kingdom. Currently enrolled at the final level of CIMA, ICAEW and ICMA qualification. Over 13 years of experience in managing Financial management & Analysis, Project Management, Procurement, Monitoring & Evaluation, exploring new ventures, Developing Strategies, Managing local and international projects. Developing departments and peoples, Designing and implementation of good corporate governance and internal controls. Over a decade, Usama has been working in the philanthropic sector with the organizations at Senior management portfolio. As CEO/ CFO helping the underprivileged children and youth of the country to transform their future by providing them with the vision, education and skills to lead. Osama has been instrumental in past work roles in scaling up the organizations to sustain and achieve their strategic goals by building up their capacities by developing policies, peoples and implementing the best corporate governance. Osama has been part of the steering committee in the last two roles and served as a Project director on projects partner with International and local organization ( USAID, DFID, Google, PPAF and Government of Pakistan) overseeing Project construction & procurement, Project management and reporting.
